I e-mailed White Castle to compliment them on excellent service I had received at a restaurant in my area. I received a very friendly letter in the mail from their headquarters, including several coupons for free hamburgers! Soon after the first letter I received another, with more coupons! I sent them a letter, thanking them for the coupons and they went so far as to call me at my home to thank me for being a customer. Whether you're a fan of the King or not you can't beat the great customer service that White Castle offers!
