I purchased an entire kitchen full of appliances from Albert Lee because they did an amazing job installing a prior applicance i purchased from them. This time was a disappointment. Delivery was promised between 3:30-5:30...they arrived at 6:30. I had understood they would take the old dishwasher when they dropped the new one off but they said they could not disconnect it and just left the new one sitting in the middle of our kitchen until their install team could come --a week later. When i complained about this lack of service--i got an apology but this felt inadequate given the hassle. It also took over a month to get the refrigerator we ordered--though this was "the manufacturers fault..not albert lees" This time a disappointment.
