Take your chances with the staff. Have been in when the staff was incredibly helpful, kind and seemed endless in their ability to help everyone and anyone. Really out of the way in service. Today, not so fortunate. Went in to find something for my kiddo to do for her dad for father's day and the gal was so uncompromising in letting her look or touch anything we had to leave. There was no way to feel comfortable in looking and choosing. Instead, Michaels got about $100 from us today.
