This is part of a franchise/chain of high-end chocolate and ice cream. Their chocolate is very good, but it is expensive. Same with their ice cream. They cater mostly to the tourist crowd on Fifth Avenue South. They're open late most nights, to appeal to the after dinner crowd. Try their chocolates - they're very good.
