I have only visited Critter Company once when I was in the Area shopping. Never knew exactly where it was located at till a few wks ago. I had called a few Months back to get prices on grooming a Cat. The Lady I talked to seemed very annoyed with my Questions and in my Opinion didn't want to spend the time tp answer them. I was quoted a pretty high amount for bathing and grooming a Cat and with the Attitude of the Person on the other Line I chose not to go there. When I visited the Location I was surprised that the Customer Service was nicer. They do have great Rates on grooming Dogs!
