I used to be a loyal customer of Gateway tire until a few years ago when they started making so many mistakes. The first mistake could have been a very serious one, they did something wrong when working on my teenage daughters brakes and she lost all her brake fluid. Her brakes just stopped working as she was going down Broadway. Luckily she was able to pull into a parking lot and get it stopped but it could have been very bad. Then the same thing happened to my car when they worked on my brakes. Lucky for me that I have a warning light on my car that tells when the brake fluid is low, my daughters car did not.
I thought I would give them another chance about a year later, so I took my daughters car in for an oil change, they put the wrong oil in the car. I had to take it back and have them change it again and put in what the manufacture requires. Which is what I asked for in the first place. I now go to Kwik Kar on Broadway for my oil changes, it's more expensive, but at least I know it's done the right way.
