I filled out an online request for a quote on a 2007 Camry. Their response, from a Ken Banfill, was to send me an email that they would be calling me to answer any questions I had. I responded that I didn't really have any questions and just wanted a quote on the specific model and options I requested. Ken responded that they didn't have any and they weren't getting any. I see from other reviews that their poor attitude is not unusual. more
