For two consecutive maintenance visits, I have had the misfortune of dealing with service advisor David Aguilar. This guy functions for this VW location as no more than an unscrupulous up-selling salesman, which as bad as it is, I don't even mind. What the main reason was why I have evaluated their customer service as bad is that if you refuse service on that particular visit for any reason, he takes it personally and threatens to bump your car to the end of the queue at the end of the day. If you do not have a back-up means of transportation (especially for someone like myself who lives across the county) you're left stranded. He mandates that you're not allowed to leave the premises. If you schedule a service maintenance check-up, PLEASE for your own sake avoid David Aguilera at all costs. It would save you a world of stress and headache.
