I can't thank you guys enough for the legendary service that was displayed to me while I was in your city last week. I had overheating problems with my Lexus and had no idea who to contact about fixing it. The first time I saw your ad in the yellow pages, I knew your company was the one I needed to check with as you hear horror stories all the time from out-of-town folks. My first impression when I called was totally put at ease by Cheryl and the concern and explanation was more than I could have anticipated from Richard and T.J being in the customer service business with hotels, I can truly use you and your employees as fine examples of how true, professional, and Christian service can be delivered to customers. I truly thank you for that and have only one small complaint in that Cheryl had me watching "soap operas" for the first time, just kidding. I know that this experience there is only 1 auto repair dealership in OKC and it's Johan's Hondura!! Thanks again and I wish you much success in the future.
