We had a great experience at Kia of concord. We originally just intended to browse for cars and did not anticipate on making a purchase same day. We were greeted by Mohammad who was friendly, knowledgeable and never made us feel pressured. Initially we were considering financing a used car which Mohammad reviewed the inventory with us. We inquired about leasing a new car and ultimately we decided to go with a new Optima – which was far beyond expectation.
