With all the questions I have, they came over for a free estimate on my 3 area rugs. The technician answered all the questions I had about their Lior cleaning products along with their process. 2 of the area rugs are very precious, so I wanted to make sure it was in good hands. I had reassurance from them, so they put the rugs in their truck and took them to the factory. 3 area rugs were delivered back to me 11 days later looking clean and I was impressed, so I will keep their phone number and use them if I need their services in the future!
