I love this playground and wading pool - they are right next to each other. They're enclosed (for the most part), and they have age appropriate play equipment! You can have one who just learned how to walk as well as your 7 year old with you, and they would both be happy and safe!
The only downfall is the sometimes unsupervised company. When my son had just learned to walk, he was toddling in the pool and some wild child poured a bucket of water on his head. He ran off without an apparent parent in sight! Since, I've noticed that since it's right in the center of a city of apartments, parents will send their children down to "play" - but, in the end it's worth it - just steer clear of them...
