DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! Felina, the owner, is unbelievably rude. I pump exclusively because my baby cannot breastfeed directly. I needed a part for my pump ASAP. Felina barked her questions at me, interrupting me when I tried to answer her, and becoming LIVID when I told her the price of the product on the Medela website. I was not trying to haggle, I understand there's going to be a retail markup; I was trying to be helpful. She yelled at me in the most insane way, as if I was a stupid or insubordinate child. She was not only horrific to me over the phone, when I started CRYING, she raised her voice to me even more and told me "my bad mood should have nothing to do with how you are feeling!" What?! Seriously?! How about YOUR bad mood should have nothing to do with the way you treat a customer?!
Who treats a customer like that, let alone a breastfeeding new mother who is sleep-deprived and desperate for a pump part?! I'm in shock, and if I had the time I swear I'd picket the store and tell every potential customer to RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION. Instead I joined a bunch of review websites and I'm pasting this message in all of them.
Now I'm paying a ton of money to Medela to get the part shipped because there is no way I am going to set foot in this store. I guess I should've read the reviews all over the internet before thinking this obviously disturbed, rotten woman could help me.
Apparently Yummy Mummy is the place to go. Oh, and if you need nursing bras in the UWS-- go to Top Shop. AMAZING!! They could teach Felina a thing or two about customer service!
