Doors were installed by an obviously inexperienced serviceman; we've been trying to get issues resolved for 11 months. Took all day, doors not installed properly. Air/light comes through several places. 3 service calls, could not fix. Entire frame of both garage doors had to have all nails removed/ replaced because they were put in poorly. Wrong color trim, one full garage door panel had to be replaced, but problems continue with air/light leaks. I called the salesman Roger around Feb/Mar 3 times on his cell, he denied receiving messages, yelled at me per phone; when I told him I left 3 msgs, he yelled 'YOU DID NOT' into my ear. We found a piece of cardboard stuck in a hinge where the air/light was the worst, appeared to be put there by the serviceman to shim up the door closer to the frame to block out the air/light. (We saw this and said 'Are you kidding??' Unlikely it was shipped that way from the factory because we have that type of cardboard in our garage all the time.) Air/light still on one door. 1 mgr promised to reimburse for wires clipped on lawn sprinkler transformer by first serviceman while installing: did not reimburse; one garage door remote does not work properly; door goes up on own when no one is here. Letter sent to owner, Joe Horovko, asking him to come out to discuss all problems; no response. When I called today to ask for day of first service call install so I could file a BBB report, the call was transferred to Randy & Mr Horovko, put me on speaker phone. Mr Horovko raised his voice at me, yes he did receive the letter we sent, would not come out to see the problems, began to try to argue with me, his loud voice escalating, refused to give me information that I requested . He kept asking 'what do you want us to do?, 'we've bent over backwards'. Told him I did not call to argue, just to get the dates and he said very snidely: 'You know the dates of service', which I do not. He continued on ranting, I refused to listen, and so terminated the call. Lots more problems, no more room to write.
