This company is by far the worst HOA I've dealt with. You pay them your monthly dues, but when you need something you can not get anyone on the phone. If you email them you have to wait for days for a response. We had a leak in our home, due to outside damage and it took 3 weeks to fix the damage(Which had black mold growing on it) and then they only done half of the job and replaced the base boards. Left the carpet that had mold and also everything under it. When I move i will be sure to never have another HOA. I will build my house far out in the woods and not have a HOA. THEY SUCK!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!
