This company has very poor service and sales personel do not return calls when a problems arise. I purchsed my units on September 21,2011 and they did not work. After returning five  times to the store with no satisfaction I received a letter asking how my service was. After filling this out I received a call from Verizon and then I thought the matter was settled and I would receive a refund but as of November 21,2011 I have not. What to do next?
