Lazy staff & Unprofessional Agent is a toxic combination.
The staff is lazy, incompetent and unable to comprehend the simplest of tasks. I asked for a receipt and they couldn't print one. It took 4 phone calls, a call to State Farm Management & a lawyer to get this simple task accomplished. Meanwhile this agent needs some serious lessons in growing up. Hint customer service training, anger management & a course in professional behavior just to name a few.
Don't go here unless you want the agent to scream at you and hang up the phone! Seriously.
The staff is unable to operate the computer, fax machine, database, telephone or even deliver handwritten messages. The agent is an emotional wreck who probably shouldn't be trusted with a name & reputation as large as state farm.
