Because I do not have the best credit, I was very nervous to apply for as place to rent, but they made me feel very comfortable with them and less embarrassed. They were willing to rent to me me with a slightly higher deposit( which was fine with me). The house is in pretty good shape, it didn't seem like the hallways were freshly painted when I moved in, but they did allow me to paint them any color I wanted to. So far everything has been pretty good.
