Please note that "Heath H" is the business owner and has given himself most of the reviews on judysbook (6 out of 7). I have reported those to judysbook and hope they are taken down. I echo what A.B said - I have never dealt with such an aggressive, hostile repair person.
Heath took my money a week ago, and said he was ordering a part that should come in on Tuesday. It is Friday, and I have called Wednesday, Thursday and today trying to get him to track the package and let me know an estimated date of arrival. Today, he screamed at me on the phone and accused me of harassing him. But still refused to track the part. He also refused to refund my money when I asked him to please refund me so I could go elsewhere.
Please be aware that this company has several different phone numbers and locations. One at 672 Deaderick St, one at 2817 West End Avenue #167 (both in Nashville) and one at 328 Church St in Franklin. These locations do NOT exist. At least the West End one and the Franklin one are fake addresses.
My husband decided to go down to the location on West End in person, trying to speak to the business owner. But the suite number does not exist and other businesses in that business park have not heard of Fix It Right. I finally did get a hold of Tina on the phone, and unfortunately Heath is the business owner - and he is your main problem.
Their price quotes are good up front, but I highly recommend you save yourself a big headache and not deal with Heath.
After doing a bunch of research online (after my horrible experience), it seems like there are lots of different Fix It Right companies. The 3 listed above are all related. And use one of these phone numbers:
