I love Extreme Boot Camp Downtown LA! Outdoor military style! Wusses be warned. Thanks to them I can get into my skinny jeans! These classes are serious stuff and I highly recommend Extreme Boot Camp for motivated individuals who have a target weight in mind and aren't afraid to work.
I love the morning class. The people are serious about excercising and you can make great friends and motivational buddies (Jodie, I'm winking at you hehe). If if you are committed to your your fitness or weight loss goals, you have come to the right place.
