Felt is usually completely packed and for good reason. On the first floor, you can eat dinner, get drinks at the bar, or mingle with other people. On the second floor, you'll find pool tables and lounges. As for the third floor, I've never actually been up there, but it's often used for private parties. Otherwise, it's a dance floor.
