I have been to this particular Outback many times, and they never fail to deliver the perfectly done steak. Never overdone, never underdone, just exactly like we like it. They are tender, juicy, flavorful. I had to start having them bag up my salad, instead of serving it, because it is absolutely the best house salad I have had, and I don't want to waste a bite of it. Cucumber, tomato, red onion, cheese, and big yummy croutons. I like to mix thousand island and ranch dressings, my hubby likes blue cheese. All are wonderful. This means I am now free to enjoy all my baked potato, half my steak, and have steak and salad for dinner the NEXT night as well! You know the restaurant is great if you plan to have leftovers and are excited enough that you have to keep from eating them at midnight later that same day. I recommend the strip steak, it is tender and tasty, not too pricey, and oh, don't forget the MUSHROOMS! shiver..Succulent and juicy, I like to pour some of the juice on my baked potato after i have eaten the tender inside. Makes the skin even better. more
