I used to like Olive Garden a lot, until I went to Italy and tasted *real* Italian food. While Olive Garden is still okay, it's definitely a chain restaurant, so the food is pretty much the same Americanized food you can find anywhere. I would much rather find a little authentic Italian restaurant than go to Olive Garden. The food's good, but not great.
