Personally, I like that the Couture Optical staff always seem to remember me. I don't like to feel like just a patient. I want to feel like I am part of the family when I go to a doctor. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor called me by name. They even made notes to remember my fears, preferences and likes. So, when I came next time, I felt like they knew exactly who I was. Great customer service to me means that I am treated like a cherished individual. Couture Optical makes me feel like they care.
