Although the name Spanky's does not make you think "class," in the evenings, Spanky's is actually a very nice restaurant. It's on the corner of Franklin St. and Columbia so the view is great. There is seating upstairs as well. I think it's a great place to go on a date or with a group of friends, but it's a bit crowded on weekend evenings. Also,their Angel Hair pasta is very good.
