in hours of time lost due to the long lines you'll be in at this (and most) Washington Mutual location. The ridiculously long lines at the drive-thru can keep you from being able to zip in & out of the drive up ATM. I guess this is what led them to add another walk-up ATM to the side of the building. Plus, excellent customer service is not something that WaMu seems to have instilled as a priority in 99% of their employees. more
