It's really hard to make bad sushi. And luckily, the Happy Fish actually makes fiarly tasty sushi. It's a sushi/martini bar where they have rock 'n roll twenty-somethings as opposed to older Japanese men preparing sushi, in an setting that invokes images of LA with its trendy decor and techno music. Some people might like it, but for eating sushi I'd much rather have a traditional and relaxing experience with a bottle of sake rather than a dirty martini. Plus the price of the sushi exceeds the quality. But if you are looking for a dining experience similar to one you might have in a big city, this might be the place for you.
