Ok this is for everyone resident or tourist who is planning on getting married here in Sevier county TN. With so much going on I wanted to remind you to not forget your marriage license. Our county clerks office works double time on trying to keep up with all that they do. They always seem to be in a fairly good mood, and try to be helpful in letting you know what you need to do to obtain this license. It is harder for a resident to get a license then a tourist, not sure why on that one. There are several office's open on the weekends as well for your convience; Sevierville Monday - Thursday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Gatlinburg Monday and Friday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm Wednesday 8:30 am to 12:00 pm Saturday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Pigeon Forge Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Here are some things you need to know; If you are a Tennessee Resident, you will now pay $98.50 for a Marriage License.
