GOOD PIZZA BAD MANAGEMENT 4/2/2006

OK THIS PIZZA PLACE HAS NOT BEEN IN IT'S LOCATION LONG, BUT IT HAS APPARENTLY CHANGED MANAGEMENT SEVERAL TIMES. WE ORDER PIZZA ABOUT ONE TIME PER WEEK AND WE ALWAYS HAVE GOTTEN THE SAME THING. BECAUSE WE ALWAYS ORDER 5 LARGE PIZZA'S THE ORIGINAL OWNER TOLD MANAGEMENT TO GIVE THEM TO US FOR $5.00 A PIECE FOR BEING A DEDICATED CUSTOMER. THEN IT STARTED TO SWITCH MANAGEMENT AND THINGS STARTED GETTING CRAZY LIKE TAKING A 2.5 HOURS TO GET PIZZA DELIVERED, WITH BAD EXCUSES AND NOW WE WENT TO ORDER LAST WEEK AND WAS TOLD BY THE NEW MANAGER THAT A MAN IN MORRISTOWN OWNS IT AND DON'T CARE ABOUT LOCAL CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE BEEN FAITHFUL. HE WILL NO LONGER OFFER ANY DEALS THAT WERE PREIVOUS MADE. I EXPLAINED IF HE LOOKED UNDER OUR NUMBER AND SEEN THE MANY PIZZA'S THAT HAVE BEEN DELIVERED TO MYSELF AND OTHER FUNCTIONS I AM INVOLVED WITH HE WOULD SEE WE ALWAYS PAID THIS PRICE. VERY RUDLEY HE SAID NO, SO I REQUESTED THE OWNER CONTACT ME AND I HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM THEM. I RECKON THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT LOCAL CUSTOMERS OR LOYALTY. more
