I recently found a deal with Office Depot for 20 reams of high quality paper for less than $15, with in-store pickup. Of course, they screwed up the order, and I spent several hours with "customer support", in an effort to get them to honor the purchase. During this, the B&M store sold their remaining stock of paper. Apart from this experience, I don't use them too often. There are 3 or 4 other office supply stores within 2 miles. If I need something right now, I'm getting the best price, which usually isn't them.
