this lady needs to go out of business, and I hope she goes bankrupt.
I wanted to buy a DVD recorder from her a couple weeks ago.
she got robbed before christmas, and "I have not reordered any electronics since the robbery"
I have cash, and I want one NOW.
found what I wanted at another SEARS catalog store.
of course it died 12 days later.
I called her, reminded her that I tried to buy from her, and she was unable to help me
she was also UNWILLING to refund my money, even though SEARS has "satisfaction guaranted, or your money back", and a 30 day return policy on defective electronic equipment.
had to call SEARS national customer service headquarters to get the problem resolved.
