well, Alltel lost a customer earlier this month...... and I gotta keep paying them till July 1, 2006
but I now have a phone I can depend on,,,,,,, one that works right, and never loses a calll, never misses an incoming call, etc.

girlfriend is planning on changing also, CINGULAR did what ALLTEL wouldn't, or couldn't. I still don't know what the problem was there.
but Cingular will deliver superior customer service, and professionalism
