If you're looking for some aggravation on your next move, book yourself a U-Haul. Alex and I keep saying that we're not going to use them again, but always seem to have to come back. Boy do we like pain.
There's no sense of customer service anywhere in the company. We've booked weeks in advance before only to be told the morning of, sorry, we don't know where your truck is, and no you can't take another one without paying through the nose.
And then, try making a one way trip and returning a hitch. No one wants those darn things, and they'll try their best to make you take it to the next branch.
The one highlight is a really nice, and I must emphasize NEW worker that helped us at the Interbay district last summer. I won't identify him, but you'll know if you ever have the luck of meeting him. Then again, I hope he gone by now because I only wish good things for that guy, and I worry that U-Haul may have broken him. And if anyone know who I'm writing so mysteriously about, tell him we still appreciate his great service and awesome attitude.
