Their service has really deteriorated I am truly disappointed, my phone has had a “static” problem for quite some time now. I’ve called at various times of the day and night, yet they are always busy, the minimum time I have had to wait to speak to someone was 15 minutes. I recall waiting for 25 minutes on one occasion and receiving a “we are now closed” message when the machine finally responded. When I got through to someone about my service problem they informed me that it would take about two weeks for someone to assist me. Considering the fact I pay on a monthly basis I do not appreciate having no service for half of my billing cycle. While it is true my cell phone is holding me over, and the fact that their DSL has excellent service, sbc could really step it up when it comes to technical service. more
