I have been struggling with migraines lately and today I just couldn't get out for lunch. So a friend brought me a bowl of Tortilla Soup from a place called Dos Gringos.
Now you would think that a place that translates to "Two White Guys" would have crappy Tortilla Soup, but that is not the case. The soup was a little heavy on the tomatoes, but also had lots of tender chicken and tortilla strips. I added some chips from the HUGE bag of chips and salsa for some added crunch.
Not too bad, I say. Hit the spot.
