Pro Care has fixed our cars for the past 4 years. They have company guidelines to follow, which include charging you for an estimate (last time it ran about $50), and their labor costs are a little high ($80 or so per hour). The positives far outweigh the negatives, though. These good guys have been honest about how much HAS to be fixed for safety, and about what can wait. They do the job right, or they fix it again for free, guarenteed in writing. I've had to test that out and they've done it for free. They've even done a temporary fix now and again for no charge (it was pouring rain and my sunroof was leaking...they knew I'd be in for repairs/tune ups again, so they jerry-rigged it for me to keep my kids dry!). They show me the parts that broke, never hard sell me on extras, and have been known to keep the place open if you are running 10 minutes late to get your car (not me, but another customer when I was there).
