You can not believe how rude the employees are and how disorganized the stores is. We recently bought those Sharper Image Ionizer air purifying machines. First of all there was no one around to help us decide which model to buy. No one approached us, and when I went looking for a sales associate, they seem to walk away to go and chat with other employees. We decided on our own and made our purchases. When we got the machines home and plugged them in, only one worked! So back in the car to head all the way back to JC to exchange. You'd think someone standing at the customer service desk would be somewhat helpful. Nope! The manager was trying to work as fast as he could since the line was long, and his employee just kept yelling at someone on the phone and snapping at customers and giving people looks. I can't believe her manager allowed her to speak to him that way. Very frustrating experience.
