Every 3 months I go to have my son's first year pictures taken at the JcPenny's Portrait Studio. Every time that we have gone, we have had to wait an hour or longer than the time we scheduled for. Their customer service also is not up to par. Unless you get a hold of their manager, Betty Ann, which is easier said than done or Angela. They are the only employees, that I have talked to, that seem to know exactly what their job is about. They are the only ones I let take my son's picture as well... I've had some disapointing sessions so I stick with people I know do a good job. I do have to say that those two take awesome pictures. Also, JcPenny's Portrait Studio doesn't have as many backgrounds and props. as their competitors do. So as long as you don't mind waiting well past your scheduled time and know who to ask for to take your photograph it's not all too bad. more
