Two years ago when we got tired of apartment living we were in the market for our first house. We were unfamiliar with the area (couldn't afford Portland) and didn't know much about house buying. We also didn't have a lot to spend on a house.
We chose NW Prudential because my husband's work recommended it.
Not only was our agent friendly, but he didn't pressure us to buy more than we could afford (which was just about everything). He even called us one day because he had found a house that was perfect for us.
We didn't end up buying that house, because of the location, but soon after we purchased a house that fit our needs perfectly.
I would recommend Prudential Northwest to anyone looking to relocate to Vancouver, they were excellent.
