The all around experience was deplorable. From getting the bills mixed up and sending us bills and deleting the insurance that we have. To my wife delivered our child and we had to wait standing up in a hallway for the prebirth. I would recommend going the 35 miles to Deconess in Spokane. 3 of my other children were born at Deconess and it was a wonderful experience. What is it with Idaho, almost every business is a chore to deal with.
