I loved the Pink Ginger in Las Vegas. It was inside of the Flamingo Hilton hotel on the strip.
They had a large menu that had a variety of items on it. It had sushi and sashimi, pad Thai, Korean short ribs, and a variety of Pan-Asian dishes.
We ordered a variety of dishes and ate them family style. We had gyoza, chicken satay with peanut butter glaze, ginger beef, and duck salad, and sashimi.
We also had a few glasses of plum wine.
All of the food was delicious. The plum wine was some of the best I have ever had. It was deep red and really sweet.
