Ruby Tuesday is such a wild card. Not only are their different Huntsville area locations different from one another in terms of food quality and service, the same restaurant tends to vary quite wildly. The one at Madison Square mall was once my favorite mid-shopping trip stop, but after I moved the chicken off my fried chicken salad and saw black lettuce, I stopped going. Their location in Madison has tended to have pretty poor service, but I think their best bet is on Airport Road. I have always loved their French Onion soup, so I do keep going back, but their entrees are always hit or miss.
