This is a nice community bank with friendly tellers and friendly service. Like many banks nowadays, they are open for a few hours on Saturday mornings and have one evening a week when they're open later. They generally have good rates. Everyone at the bank is friendly and greets you when you're in the branch (the tellers and the customer service people). The Sudbury branch is conveniently located in a small shopping plaza near the center of town, so parking is no problem. They have a good website and online banking options, too. Everyone in this branch is especially nice.
