So we have to drive almost 20 miles out of our way, but it makes a difference. If you've never gone before, please know that you cannot see the store from 95/128, so make sure you know which exit you need and which direction you need to go (if you're coming from North, it's on the same side you were on; if you're coming from South, you need to cross over). Though the Woburn location is not as quiet as their Dedham location, it's still less crowded than the Evil Orange competitor, and people who work there will actually help you. Their lighting department has these great mix and match glass shades on lots of their lights, and their prices and selection on very good. The bathroom vanities are lower quality/uglier than Evil Depot, but they do have an excellent selection of pedestals and console sinks (they carry Jacuzzi and Decolav brands, which look super high end but at regular prices). Lowes occasionally has some really decent bargains on discontinued items (recently got a great sconce, a chrome robe hook, and pretty chair cover for like 70% off original price). It does seem like they don't have as much in some departments as Evil Orange, but unless you're looking for an obscure specialty item, you should be able to find what you're looking for. While Home Evil always gives you no interest/no payments for 6 months on purchases over $299, Lowes only offers this on occasion, so look out (I love keeping Evil Depot's money until the day before the payment is due, and then I pay it off)!
