I have a subscription to the Plain Dealer. I have for years now. My gripe with them is that they will call you over and over to get you to change your subscription. I only get weekend delivery, and no matter many times I tell them that's all I want they keep calling.
I had problems where the paper didn't arrive, and I wasn't able to get through on the phone. The good thing is that you can go online and let them now you didn't get the paper. They will make sure you get it and email you back, or they will call and make sure it arrived.
