Communtity Action is a GREAT facility which helps under priveleged people with food, bills, employment, etc. They have job training programs, assessments, GED classes and tutoring, etc.
This facility is located on SECOND AVE., in Clarion and has a food bank located in the rear. If you are in DIRE need of food, go to the rear door, and ring the door bell. Someone WILL assist you.
So,..my recommedation is A+. Community Action is a great organization that more people should recognize as well as offer services to to help others.
