I joined curves a little over 2 months ago. I work out 3 times a week I really feel good after i do my workout. They tell you to do 30 minutes but I do 45 minutes hopefully to eventually do one hr. Its low impact so you are more toning your muscles then anything. I also like that its for women only. The women who work there are really nice and helpful. They run little specials to make working out more fun for the ladys. They just ended a survivor game and gave away a prize to the winners. If you don't like the meat market gyms and are a woman i would give curves a try.
