I purchased my Condo from this company and the experience was a good one. The community that I live in is very well planned out. The neighborhood is full of greenery and the homes are very attractive. My two complaints are the HOA fees which are astronomical. The second is that the sound control between units is very very poor. I am surprised by this. We can hear our neighbors talking in the other unit. They also complain of our television. I think they could have done a much better job with the engineering.
