Great Japanese restaurant on the South Side.
Their chefs are authentic and entertaining. My kids enjoyed watching our chef flip shrimp and catch them in his pocket! It is kind of hard to hear other people at your table, as it tends to get quite loud in there. We get served fairly promptly.
My family loves their sushi. Also, the kids enjoy the light up ice cubes for their drinks, although the cube itself costs $5.50. The food is pricey, so we go there for special occasions.
You can get great deals on appetizers (half off) and drinks ($1 off) during their happy hour. Sign up for their newsletter for special offers, too. You get a free dinner on your birthday.
Parking can be hard to find on Carson Street, depending on what time you are arriving.
