I love Arriba Mexican grill...but I have to admit I am biased, as I got my first waitressing gig there when I was 19! (Let me tell you, working for a summer in a Mexican food restaurant while wearing a Guatemalan vest is a once-in-a-lifetime experience!)
Anyway, the food is great. They have great dishes featuring hatch chiles from New Mexico and they are HOT HOT HOT! The tortilla chips are always hot and the fajitas are always sizzling.
When I worked there the kitchen was very clean, so you should have no fears about the cleanliness or safety of the food!
